Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any of our services. We provide a detailed quote for our services before we begin work on a project and we begin work only after we receive client’s acceptance of the quote. We are providing a service and once the service has been provided, we can not get our time back.
Ownership
All business plans created that are associated with accounts that have not been paid in full and other materials developed by SBPlans are the property of SBPlans.com We grant our clients a license to use the materials for their own business purposes. Our clients may not use the materials for any other purpose without the express written consent of SBPlans.
Confidentiality
We understand that the information provided by our clients is confidential. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the express written consent of our clients.
Warranties
We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to our services or the materials provided to our clients. Our clients are solely responsible for the use of the materials and for any decisions made based on the materials.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to our clients for any damages arising out of or in connection with our services or the materials provided to our clients is limited to the total fees paid by our clients for our services.
Indemnification
Our clients agree to indemnify and hold SBPlans harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with our services or the materials provided to our clients.
